Yes. Sellers invite up to 5 agents per property. Tenders are blind — you don't see other agents' prices, and they don't see yours. This ensures everyone submits their best terms.

Losing costs you nothing — no submission fee, no success fee, no charges at all. You'll be told who won the listing, but not what the winning tender contained.

Only when you win AND the listing agreement is signed. Submitting a tender is completely free. If you're picked as the winner but the seller changes their mind before signing, you pay nothing.

Once you're notified as the winner and you've met the seller, mark the tender as listed on your dashboard after the listing agreement is signed. We then email you a Stripe invoice for $950 + GST, due in 30 days.

If your profile is already listed in our directory, text CLAIM from your registered mobile to our business number and your account will be linked automatically. Otherwise, register with the mobile number sellers know you by — we'll build your profile and match you with any tenders you've been invited to submit.

No. Agents who have claimed their profile are displayed first, but within that group no particular order is applied — and no agent can pay for higher placement. Tender My Listing stays completely impartial and never prioritises one agent over another to sellers.

No. There are no recurring fees. You pay per tender and per successful listing — performance-based, no lock-in.

A standardised set of line items: commission %, sale method, marketing (photography, online portals, print, signboard), open-home fees, auctioneer, optional services. Every agent quotes the same items so the seller can compare apples to apples.

Your tender is marked as "Did Not Win" on your dashboard. You pay nothing. You'll be told who won, but not what their tender contained.
